By using Deal Daddyo you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service
Deal Daddyo is a venue that connects local buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users and do not own, inspect or guarantee listed items.
Your account
You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Listings and conduct
Listings must be accurate, lawful and follow our Prohibited Items policy and Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Payments and fees
Listing is free. Optional boosts are paid promotions and are non-refundable once active except where required by law. Online payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Deal Daddyo is not liable for disputes between users, item quality, or losses arising from in-person meetups.
